The service returned the unlock code in a matter of hours. The phone says it's unlocked however I will have to wait until I've travel overseas to thoroughly test.

The phone didn't get unlocked and it wasn't a fault of Unlock Mobile, the carrier had changed the unlock code with an over the air OTA update, which the database doesn't reflect. I am giving 5 stars as this is beyond Unlock M.'s control.

I made a typo error and Unlock Mobile fixed the error and sent the code. I was very lucky the code worked great and got my Droid 2 Global unlocked. The phone hadn't received an OTA update from the carrier, so it was able to be unlocked. Very happy here.
